The hotel location was perfect for my business trip! It was close to the main attractions and had easy access to several public transport options. The room was modern and spacious with comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a vast selection of local and tasty products that kept me fueled the entire day. The staff went above and beyond, providing excellent customer service that made me feel welcome and appreciated.
The lack of dining options nearby. I had to take a taxi to the nearest restaurant to grab dinner, which was a bit of an inconvenience.

Great location, beautiful views, and fun activities to do nearby. The hotel's location was perfect for us and offered exceptional mountain views. It was close to many activities such as skiing, hiking, and snowshoeing. The breakfast was delicious and energized us for a day of outdoor activities. We also loved the spa amenities and used them regularly during our stay.
The hotel was not fully equipped or prepared for the high season. During our stay, the minibar was empty, and there were no glasses to use in the room. The restaurant nearby was closed, and we had to drive for miles to have dinner. The overall service was inadequate, especially given that it was our New Year's stay. We were left disappointed with the hotel's lack of attention to these important details.

Enjoyed an very nice view of the mountains from the hotel. The breakfast buffet was delicious, thanks to local and tasty products. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Loved the hotel facilities, particularly the SPA with jacuzzi, sauna, and color shower.
Cannot find any fault with the hotel or this city.

Nestled in a mountainous terrain, this new hotel offers abundant hiking trails with great views. Our room was spacious, comfortable and the breakfast was generous. the hotel's SPA had luxurious features such as indoor and outdoor jacuzzi and a sauna. the hostess was welcoming and hospitable.
The hotel lacks a minibar or glasses in rooms, which can be inconvenient for travelers who would like to have a drink or two in their room.

Pleasant and accommodating hostess. Delicious and plentiful breakfast buffet. Nice SPA department with jacuzzi, sauna, foot bath, and color shower. Large room with comfortable bed. Beautiful mountain location with nice view. Close to walking trails and ski slopes. Renovated rooms and building.
Can't fault anything about it.
